Dear Members,
Forensic investigations are often required in crisis situations where fraud or other misconduct need to be cleared up. Forensic tools can also be a precious help in civil litigation matters. With the forthcoming implementation of the whistleblower directive, forensic investigations will probably have a crucial role to play.
The speakers discussed the “do’s and dont's” of such investigations and highlighted the points to be considered for a successful investigation leading to the discovery of the smoking guns.
