A session of “Les Midis de l’ALJB” was held on Tuesday 14 March 2017, at 12.30pm at the offices of the law firm Allen & Overy.
Henri Wagner, Jean-Christian Six and Patrick Mischo, partners at Allen & Overy, were our guest speakers and talked about the regulatory, investment fund and tax aspects of debt funds and direct lending in light of Luxembourg law. The session was held in English.
Exceptionally, this “Midi de l’ALJB” consisted of a presentation of approximately 50 minutes on the topic of the day followed by a Q&A session. Sandwiches and drinks were available to the audience after the presentation.
