Considered as one of the most major changes in financial markets legislation in recent years, the Retail Investment Strategy foresees to amend several key pieces of EU banking and financial law. For this conference, we had the pleasure to welcome an expert to this topic, Mrs. Marilyn Rinck from the ABBL, who elaborated on different subjects which are part of the RIS such as the Classification of clients, the concept of Value for Money, the rules on inducements and on marketing, as well as the Best interest test.
